Women's Basketball will host Texas A&M

The West Virginia Mountaineers (3-0) are set to take on  the Texas A&M Aggies (2-1)  in an early out of conference game on Friday November 15th.

The Mountaineers are fresh off a rivalry win in the backyard brawl beating Pitt 82-54. JJ Quinerly led the offensive charge for WVU putting in 17 points.

Jordan Harrison, and Sydney Shaw also cracked double digits. The mountaineers only shot 39.7% from the field but forced 30 turnovers enroute to a blowout improving their record to 3-0 on the young season.

For the Aggies they come into Morgantown after defeating Western Michigan 86-38. Sahara Jones was the vocal point for the Aggies on offense pouring in 16 points. The Aggies forced 19 turnovers on the way to an impressive home win over the Broncos.

The Aggies are still trying to recover from a season opening loss to the Texas A&M Corpus Christi Islanders.

Texas A&M will use this game to prepare for a tough SEC conference slate  this season with conference play starting in mid December.

The Aggies play a quick brand offense scoring at ease off of solid effort on the defensive end. The Mountaineers will look to stay hot after a spirited win over bitter rival Pitt and look to improve their record to 4-0 on Friday night.
