U92 is set to broadcast the Cleveland Hoops Showdown

CLEVELAND — The West Virginia Mountaineers (8-3) travel to Cleveland to take on the Ohio State Buckeyes (7-2) at Rocket Arena.

U92 The Moose will have live coverage of the matchup from Cleveland. West Virginia enters the game coming off a win over Little Rock, led by Honor Huff and Treysen Eaglestaff, who scored 24 and 23 points, respectively. The Mountaineers shot 50% from beyond the arc, knocking down 15 3-pointers. Huff connected on eight from deep, while Eaglestaff added five.

Ohio State looks to rebound after a Big Ten loss to No. 13 Illinois. Senior guard Bruce Thornton led the Buckeyes with 34 points, six assists and six rebounds, shooting 76% from the field with six 3-pointers. Devin Royal, Christoph Tilly and John Mobley Jr. also scored in double figures, giving Ohio State multiple offensive threats.

Sports producer Nico Caretto will have play-by-play, with RJ Rice providing color commentary. Tipoff is set for 8 p.m. Sports director Quinn Robie, Andy Hartlove, Blake Fuchs and John Doucette will host pregame coverage beginning at 7:30 p.m., along with halftime and postgame coverage.
